Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally, both over the phone and in person.
- Support clients with account-related questions and provide insights into available banking products and services.
- Ensure accurate cash drawer balances and maintain detailed transaction records.
- Comply with all regulatory policies and procedures relevant to the banking sector.
- Facilitate the setup of new accounts.
- Organize and scan loan documentation for efficient processing.
- Manage the filing and release of various legal documents, including Titles and Deeds.
- Assist loan officers with various administrative duties as required.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
