Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally, both over the phone and in person.
  • Support clients with account-related questions and provide insights into available banking products and services.
  • Ensure accurate cash drawer balances and maintain detailed transaction records.
  • Comply with all regulatory policies and procedures relevant to the banking sector.
  • Facilitate the setup of new accounts.
  • Organize and scan loan documentation for efficient processing.
  • Manage the filing and release of various legal documents, including Titles and Deeds.
  • Assist loan officers with various administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
