Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the Wealth Management team in servicing high net worth clients. This dynamic role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless client interactions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day operational support to Wealth Advisors, including answering client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and gathering client data for ongoing service processes.
- Ensure all client requests are fulfilled in a timely and compliant manner, including processing paperwork and coordinating with internal departments.
- Manage client deposits, maintain data integrity across all systems, and update records as necessary.
- Collaborate with back-office operation partners to resolve client issues and provide research support.
- Perform other duties as needed, including onboarding new clients, processing transfer paperwork, and setting up new accounts.
- High School diploma with a Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Two to Four years of job-related experience in the financial services industry.
- Prior experience working in an office environment with a customer service focus is helpful.
- Notary designation is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills required; prior use of CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong desire for continuous self-learning and professional growth.
Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, with occasional heavy lifting up to 10 lbs.
