About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Assist with scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Triage incoming cases, providing guidance and support to clients and staff as needed
  • Facilitate client transactions, explaining financial options and ensuring a clear understanding of services and costs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the team and contributing to the success of our hospital
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience and veterinary experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
