Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Surgery Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, efficient care to our patients. We are looking for a passionate individual who values patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will:

  • Lead nursing care during the perioperative period, utilizing the nursing process for planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Apply your knowledge of growth and development principles to meet age-specific patient and family needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in perioperative nursing in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide direct patient care.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • A current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License.
  • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
  • Preferred CNOR certification and at least one year of critical care or perioperative experience.
