Job Summary and Qualifications

We are in search of a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehabilitation Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient care to all patients.

Our team is dedicated and supportive, and we are looking for a remarkable addition who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in our Rehabilitation Unit.
- Utilize the nursing process, critical thinking, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to provide safe nursing care independently.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively, demonstrating confidence and professionalism through active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
- Exhibit teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource for the patient care team.
- Take accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required; BSN is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical/Surgical Unit is required; experience in Rehabilitation is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (those with RN Compact License must obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire).
- Current BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
