We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. As a Registered Nurse - Acute Inpatient, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Provide professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment in utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.
Rio Grande Regional Hospital is a 320-bed full-service hospital serving the Rio Grande Valley for over 30 years.
