Lead Consultant in Organisational Effectiveness

About the Role
As a Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant, you will take on a pivotal role in delivering expert advice and strategic guidance in designated HR specialties. Your responsibilities will encompass the design, execution, and ongoing assessment of tailored people and organisational systems and solutions.
Key Areas of Expertise
Your focus will be on critical areas such as:
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Organisational Design, including operating models and workplace culture
- Organisational Development
- Talent Management
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Learning and Development
In this role, you will collaborate with various business units to identify their needs and ensure the development and implementation of effective tools to meet their organisational goals, both in the present and future. You will also play a significant role in promoting Western Power's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business (HR major), or Organisational Psychology
- Extensive knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness, design, learning, leadership development, and talent management
- Proven experience in a contemporary Human Resources setting, with a track record of designing and implementing business-wide initiatives
- Advanced skills in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities
- Experience in executing successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies is highly regarded
- Strong consulting and influencing capabilities, particularly in motivating and guiding individuals towards behavioural change
