Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Chef de Projet Organisation et Change Management, afin de l'accomganer sur les travaux initiés autour de l’accélération de la transformation de la structure de coûts.

Missions:

  • Accompagner le cabinet mandaté sur la mission « Cost Transformation Program » pour mener à bien les Streams sponsorisés par l'entité concernée : Opérations, Change management et Bureau de transformation
  • Coordonner les échanges entre le cabinet et les métiers et alimenter le cabinet des données/informations nécessaires
  • Participer à l’identification des leviers d’optimisation des opérations sur les différentes dimensions (excellence opérationnelle, automatisation, ajustement du modèle opérationnel, …)
  • Participer à la réflexion autour des initiatives de conduite de changement à mener
  • Constituer le bureau de la transformation et assurer la montée en compétence des membres
  • Assurer le pilotage des initiatives de transformation adressées 
  • Challenger les livrables produits par le cabinet mandaté sur la mission

Profil Recherché:

  • Consultant Senior, avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience (Maîtrise du domaine bancaire, y compris back office)
  • Expérience sur des sujets de rationalisation des couts et de pilotage des programmes
  • Capacité d’interagir avec le Management & les équipes opérationnelles 
  • Aisance dans la production de supports de présentation de qualité ·      
  • Une agilité dans l’exécution ·   
  • Bonne capacité d’analyse, de rigueur, de précision, de rédaction et de communication
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PPT) 

Type de contrat: Freelance

Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)

Lieu: Casablanca
