Are you passionate about driving business success through effective organisational design and development?
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team at Western Power. As a key member of our Human Resources function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on organisational design, development, and effectiveness.
About the Role
As a Senior Organisational Effectiveness Specialist, you will be accountable for:
- Designing and implementing effective organisational systems and solutions to drive business outcomes
- Providing expert advice and guidance on organisational design, development, and effectiveness
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic workforce plans to meet business needs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to address them
- Activating Western Power's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy to drive a culture of inclusion and respect
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organisational Psychology
- Extensive experience in organisational design, development, and effectiveness
- Advanced change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Experience in implementing successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and plans
- Strong consulting and influencing skills
