Lead Consultant in Organisational Effectiveness

About the Role
As a Senior Consultant for People and Culture, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and strategic guidance in a designated HR specialty. Your role will involve the design, development, execution, and ongoing assessment of tailored people and organisational frameworks and solutions.
Key Areas of Expertise
Your focus will encompass various domains, including:
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Organisational Design (operating models, work structuring, and cultural frameworks)
- Organisational Development
- Talent Management
- Strategic Workforce Planning
- Learning and Development
In this capacity, you will engage with stakeholders to identify their requirements and ensure the creation and implementation of appropriate tools to meet their organisational goals effectively.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business (HR major), or Organisational Psychology
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in contemporary organisational effectiveness and design
- Proven track record in a modern HR environment, particularly in crafting and executing organisation-wide initiatives
- Advanced skills in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching abilities
- Experience in executing successful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies
- Strong consulting and influencing capabilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding individuals
