Job Overview

As a vital member of our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC, you will play a key role in enhancing our sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Sales Development: Assist in expanding the branch's sales by actively engaging with clients through effective communication regarding new product launches, services, and pricing. Conduct outreach to both existing and former customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a strong relationship with customers by keeping them informed about our offerings and ensuring they receive top-notch service through various channels.
  • Order Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including order entry, payment processing, and ensuring the accuracy of orders.
  • Product Recommendations: Suggest alternative products based on customer needs and market availability.
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely delivery and collaborate with various departments to resolve any issues.
  • Sales Generation: Drive new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information.
  • Customer Education: Inform customers about product features and benefits to enhance their satisfaction and sales experience.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks and maintain showroom stock levels.
  • Problem Resolution: Work closely with management to address customer concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash drawer operations and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Regularly reach out to clients to assess their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Market Awareness: Keep abreast of competitive activities and trends within the industry.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Compliance: Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Warehouse Assistance: Support warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC products is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Teamwork: Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in sales and customer service.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • HVAC certification is advantageous.

Work Environment:
