About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at UJUU, a leading eCommerce platform and brand development studio. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing operations and vendor partnerships to drive long-term, profitable growth of our marketplace business through strategic e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of our website, providing a best-in-class shopping experience for our customers.
  • Manage Vendor Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of multi-category designers and vendors to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee on-site merchandise and execute inventory management workflows to ensure daily freshness and product health.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and implement monthly reporting on product availability and opportunities for category and brand growth.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with e-commerce and customer service teams to ensure conversion capture and provide styling recommendations.
  • VIP Customer Management: Grow and support our VIP customer segment with customer-facing communications and vendor-facing fulfillment management.
  • Vendor Performance Optimization: Own vendor partnership relationships, working with cross-functional teams to identify quarterly merchandising and content priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost and process savings and continuously optimize based on business goals.
  • Site Health and Performance: Monitor site health and performance through analytics and key metrics, identifying and escalating key site issues.
