Job Title: Sales Manager - Foodservice Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Foodservice growth strategy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key distributors and operators, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Foodservice channel
  • Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and operators
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in food and beverage sales in the Foodservice channel
  • Experience selling a branded product or ingredient to large Foodservice accounts
  • Deep familiarity and experience working with Foodservice distributors and operators
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
