Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the business objectives of PPC Flex by providing expert human resources guidance and support. This includes developing and implementing recruiting plans, managing new employee onboarding, conducting employment verifications, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
- Manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct employment verifications and background checks as required.
- Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
