Director of Human Resources

At Great Wolf Lodge, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
