We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Smithfield Foods. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including recruiting, policy administration, training, and other duties as assigned.
- Answer routine questions and inquiries, and provide necessary resources to empower employees with knowledge and materials.
- Process human resource documentation, including I-9 compliance, and schedule meetings and training as requested.
- Assist in preparing correspondence and monitor facility time and attendance, initiating corrective action as needed.
- Perform exit interviews and compile feedback, and complete special assignments and projects as required.
- High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years relevant experience required.
- Experience being organized, flexible, and multi-task oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and requirements.
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
- Previous Workday/HCM system experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual preferred.
