About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist Lead to join our team at Service Pros Installation Group, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.

This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and coordinating various tasks such as compiling reports, creating presentations, researching, and gathering information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate the Employee Rewards and Recognition programs.
  • Coordinate recognition for Lowe's Associates and Lowe's stores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (associate's degree as a minimum).
  • At least 3 years of directly relevant administrative experience.
  • Advanced level of expertise in the use of Microsoft Office SUITE (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
