We are looking for an experienced Academic Support Specialist Lead to join our team at Atrium Health.

This role requires a strong background in instructional design, with a Master's degree in a field related to educational technology and 5+ years of experience in academic support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and implementing fundamental instructional design concepts via research, analysis, and evaluation of materials for development into instructional modules.

In addition, they will lead projects that effectively use digital learning and educational technology to improve teaching in all courses and evaluate the instructional effectiveness of programs, courses, and training products.

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year.
