Educational Program Lead

The Goddard School of Mallard Creek is looking for a skilled Educational Program Lead to oversee our educational program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth.
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement educational programs that align with state standards.
- Collaborate with Co-Teachers and other staff members to achieve educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a strong educational background and meet one or more of the following requirements:
- An Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- An Associate's degree or higher in a related field, including 18 semester hours of completed coursework related to young children birth to age 8.
- A current CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential.
- Proof of current and active enrollment in a CDA Credentialing Program.
- Proof of current and active enrollment in an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
