About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Sales Lead Manager to lead our sales team in Midtown Savannah.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will cultivate and motivate the sales team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance. A proven track record of sales success and excellent leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business.
  • Lead the sales team by setting a sales plan, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs.
  • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts, including sales volume and progress, to help create new sales goals.
  • Outline sales strategies and objectives to ensure meeting sales goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep the company growing.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a similar major.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $49,000 - $58,000 based on the location and job requirements.
