Business Development Representative

Vestis, a leading provider of uniform and workplace services in North America, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join its sales team in the Savannah, GA area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and generating sales leads within assigned territories.
About VestisWe deliver high-quality uniform and workplace solutions that empower organizations to succeed. Our comprehensive service offering includes uniform rentals, cleanroom processing, floor mats, towels, linens, managed restroom services, and first aid supplies.
Salary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive base salary of $60,000, with uncapped commission potential, a monthly car allowance, fuel card, and paid training. Our benefits package includes 8 weeks of paid training, company laptop and cell phone, no waiting period for benefits, 9 paid holidays, and 2 paid floating holidays, plus a 401(k) plan.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities. This involves:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads within assigned territories
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 18 months of experience in business-to-business sales, specifically focused on new account generation
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned territory
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
