Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales & Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Royalton Park Avenue hotel. This individual will lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve budgeted revenues and exceed market share targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve budgeted revenues and exceed market share targets
  • Stay ahead of market trends, market share movement, and competitive hotel analysis
  • Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to achieve desired positioning for the hotel
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to support revenue attainment
  • Act as the hotel's voice of the customer and communicate key issues/concerns at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience as a sales leader with prior hotel sales experience
  • Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management
  • Proficient in managing/using sales automation (DELPHI) and PMS systems
  • Experience working collaboratively with revenue management
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
What We Offer:

The Royalton Park Avenue hotel offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
