Job Summary

The Facilities Manager will serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, collaborating with the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team to deliver high-quality facility management services. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Area Manager in implementing short and long-term projects for the client.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures to reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the client.
  • Manage capital and expense budgets by working closely with the client representative.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly variance reports on all operating budgets for each property.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the annual management plan for buildings within the area.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, communications, and needs of corporate tenant areas.
  • Prepare regular tenant financial reports, including billing, credits, and operating expense statements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in the corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
  • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of technical and administrative staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
  • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.
  • Top Secret security clearance.
  • Critical environment/lab experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems.
  • Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.
