Regional Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

The Regional Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted business advisor to clients and providing a full breadth of banking solutions to meet their financial objectives and needs. This role involves establishing a network of referral sources and Centers of Influence with regular calling efforts to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships
Prospect actively and successfully bring in new relationships to Northwest Bank
Engage with product partners to discuss cross-selling opportunities and referrals to expand and deepen client relationships
Achieve and exceed budget goals as assigned individually and by region
Participate in community and professional networking events
Develop meaningful Centers of Influence relationships
Establish and maintain an ongoing prospect list and calling schedule
Encourage existing clients to provide referrals for products and services
Manage a commercial loan portfolio of credit and non-credit clients
Make loan presentations and recommendations to Credit and senior line of business managers
Partner with credit and portfolio management to ensure annual reviews and line of credit renewals are completed on time
Analyze financial statements and credit material to assess risk and client performance
Complete loan closings in partnership with Portfolio Management
Ensure compliance with Northwest Bank's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
8 years of account relationship management experience
Strong sales performance and knowledge of C & I lending, loan servicing, and credit and non-credit products
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and knowledge. Additional bonus earning opportunities and benefits are available.
