Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Proof, edit, and create polished financial reports and client documents.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure all files are updated and saved securely.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software to maintain efficient processes.
- Prepare reports, financial statement templates, and client letters for distribution.
- Ensure timely distribution of documents for audit and review.
- Support your team with special projects and maintain supplies.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a office environment with occasional light lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Valid NC driver's license for occasional office errands.
