Job Summary

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for accurately producing high-quality digital print requests and entering job data/billing into our job data tracking system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customers, including binding, finishing, and non-technical maintenance of copiers.
  • Operate digital, high-speed copiers and prepare materials for mailing, including addressing, stuffing envelopes, and making labels.
  • Complete job tickets with minimal instructions and troubleshoot jams and perform normal key operator preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels.
  • Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommend technical direction.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment.
Requirements
  • Two years or more of experience in an office environment.
  • 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong work ethic, diplomatic, team and service-oriented, builds strong working relationships.
  • Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude.
  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, resilient.
