Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of in-store operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory management, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to store employees, including training and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the store is always stocked and ready to serve customers.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling and budgeting, to ensure that the store is profitable and financially stable.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and any other relevant certifications.
