Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to meet financial objectives.
  • Manage and monitor the branch's profit and loss statements.
  • Engage in budget planning and forecasting activities.
  • Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to optimize business outcomes.
  • Supervise the utilization of the branch's rental fleet.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide training and coaching for branch employees.
  • Process requisition requests for vacant positions and collaborate with HR on candidate evaluations.
  • Conduct performance reviews for new employees at 60 and 90 days.
  • Manage employee time and attendance through the company’s HCM system.
  • Effectively handle all internal transitions within the branch.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR on corrective actions and documentation.
  • Work closely with the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment to uphold safety protocols and compliance standards.
  • Monitor supply inventory levels and oversee cycle counts.
  • Champion organizational changes as directed by senior leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Team-oriented with experience in high-performance environments.
  • Commitment to organizational values is essential.
  • Experience in pump integrity and testing is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with ERP/Power BI is advantageous.
  • Ability to independently address challenges at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of achieving results through team collaboration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required.
