Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties

As a member of the Educational Logistics team, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Academic Services Division and faculty statewide.

Your role will involve:
  • Facilitating the development and awareness of support services to meet the logistical needs of faculty, staff, and students.
  • Ensuring a smooth testing experience by actively participating in testing processes.
  • Collaborating with the Academic Services Division to deliver advanced training on learning platforms and technologies.

Media Support Services:

In this capacity, you will partner with faculty to ensure the effective delivery of hybrid classes, enhancing the learning experience in various educational settings. You will also assist in creating video content tailored for educational and promotional purposes.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Working alongside teams such as Faculty Development, Tech Hub, and Learning Media Production, you will provide support and training on classroom technologies and resources.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with integrated classroom technologies.
  • At least one year of experience in educational support services.
  • Experience in logistical support and testing services.
  • Interest in advancing skills in audio and visual production.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple departments.
