This role is integral to the Supply Management Logistics & Property Management Department, facilitating the efficient handling of supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain organized storage of materials according to established protocols, and generate necessary documentation using appropriate software.
  • Transportation Duties: Operate vehicles to transport supplies and equipment, adhering to scheduled priorities.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and offering guidance while performing distribution tasks.
  • General Maintenance: Uphold cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the department's operations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License is necessary for vehicle operation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Experience in supply chain or distribution roles is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to perform tasks that require mobility.
