Community Engagement Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Community Engagement Manager to become a part of our organization at Heart to Heart Hospice. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, training, and overseeing volunteers to improve the quality of life for individuals facing serious health challenges and their loved ones.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Prior experience in volunteer recruitment and oversight is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required
  • Capability to foster strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams and the local community
  • Familiarity with resources related to volunteer programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems
