Job Summary

La Clinica de Familia Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential medical records, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with front office functions, including providing exceptional customer service to patients
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various staff members
  • Exercise excellent judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Work effectively in a high-stress environment, with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with completion of a medical terminology course
  • One year of experience in a records department, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
