- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or other training preferred.
- Licensure and certification requirements include L-RN, Multistate L-LPN, and C-BLS.
- Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
