As the CRM Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the CRM initiatives at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing relationships with our fan base, driving revenue growth, and ensuring retention across various departments.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in maintaining a seamless CRM ecosystem, along with the expertise to promote cross-departmental adoption of CRM tools and methodologies. You will be tasked with implementing and overseeing best-practice operations within the CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a holistic CRM strategy aimed at monitoring and boosting fan engagement, acquisition, and retention.
- Oversee daily CRM operations, ensuring data accuracy, user management, and training.
- Assess and suggest CRM best practices to enhance data integrity and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies by managing leads, analyzing customer insights, and evaluating performance metrics.
- Generate reports and dashboards to assess key performance indicators for ticketing, premium offerings, and partnership campaigns.
- Work alongside the analytics team to apply insights from predictive modeling, focusing on retention strategies for season ticket members and optimizing sales outreach.
- Assist in establishing internal and external data governance protocols, including regular audits of CRM processes.
- Ensure compliance of platform features and operations with relevant data privacy regulations.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization, serving as a liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in CRM campaign development, workflow management, and execution.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
