Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our Digital Commerce Strategy team, you will be responsible for accelerating our eCommerce business by developing winning strategies for our brand and customer teams to execute.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pioneer new tools and capabilities in eCommerce
- Advocate for adoption of eCommerce solutions throughout the organization
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in the eCommerce industry and provide regular landscape updates
- Develop and implement action plans to drive progress across defined KPIs
- Provide monthly updates on consumption and shifting trends to brand teams
- Oversee reporting analyst involvement and advise on long- and short-term strategic plans
- Partner with Brand Marketing to develop brand-specific AOP eCommerce focused strategies
- Build eCommerce retailer playbooks and optimize selling materials to deliver sales impact
- Champion eCommerce capability building and upskilling the organization
- Lead training programs and upskilling across the Sales organization
- Partner with and lead custom research focused on omni and eCommerce channel shopping behaviors
- Manage Ratings & Reviews strategy and agency execution
- Proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution
- Experience with syndicated data reporting and/or analysis, strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Well-developed business acumen and ability to build relationships and interact effectively at all levels of an organization
- Experience leveraging insights to better understand consumer behavior and decision making
- Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing various priorities
- Prior digital marketing or eCommerce experience, ideally with previous roles in marketing and/or sales
- Ability to champion innovative ideas, engage others, and lead effective execution in an expedited timeframe
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,900-$140,800, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits.
