Role Responsibilities

We are seeking a Vice President of ERP Sales (U.S.) to spearhead new business ERP revenue initiatives. You will lead a small yet expanding team of sales representatives, guiding them with a clear vision and the resilience to achieve it. Your focus will be on results and data, coupled with a strong commitment to mentoring and developing your team.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in ERP sales
  • Proven sales management skills
  • Expertise in mentoring and coaching
  • Adeptness in new business development
  • Strong insight selling capabilities

This position is perfect for someone eager to advance their management career. It is home-based with national travel requirements (approximately 35% - 45%). The preferred candidate will reside near a major airport.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in ERP sales
  • 10+ years in sales, marketing, and pre-sales within enterprise SaaS, preferably ERP
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding team quotas
  • High energy and competitive spirit
  • Ability to cultivate high-performing teams
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the QAD ERP Sales team in the U.S. to drive customer growth and cloud software subscription revenue.
  • Possess a strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Field-driven sales professional with experience in customer engagement.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with challenger sales methodologies to formulate effective strategies.
  • Support the team with complex deals and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee opportunity forecasting and funnel management.
  • Collaborate with various organizational units including Finance, Marketing, and Support.

Compensation Overview
  • Base salary range: $185,000 - $200,000 USD annually.
  • Placement within the pay range will depend on experience, skills, and market location.
  • This position is also eligible for a Sales Commission plan.
