Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Real-Time Communications Expert

Job Summary:

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead and manage complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Agile Methodology: Implement and oversee agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage agile project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and collaborate with team members.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communication Technologies: Oversee projects involving CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and other telephony technologies.
  • Codec Expertise: Ensure optimal use and implementation of audio and video codecs, such as OPUS, and manage RTC (Real-Time Communications) protocols.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and maintain clear communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
  • Agile Tools: Proficiency in various tools, such as Monday.com, Trello, and Pivotal Tracker, for project management.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and telephony technologies.
  • Real-Time Communications: Experience with audio and video codecs, especially OPUS, and RTC (Real-Time Communications) protocols.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects: in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency with audio and video codecs: like OPUS.
  • Experience with CPaaS platforms: such as Twilio and Azure Communication Services.
  • Experience with telephony technologies: including SIP and VoIP.
