Job Summary

CDK Global is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans to deliver technical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process definitions, technical guides, and user manuals.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize technical processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality and reliability of technical solutions.
  • Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that technical teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver technical projects.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for technical teams.
  • System Administration: Provide technical administration and support for technical systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical project management, technical analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including programming languages, data structures, and software development methodologies.
  • Tools and Technologies: Experience with technical tools and technologies, including Agile, DevOps, and cloud-based platforms.
