Administrative Assistant Position
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting various projects and providing essential administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and forward incoming communications to appropriate parties
- Allocate vendor invoices and employee hours to specific projects for job costing
- Enter data accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain project files electronically
- Collect and distribute mail
- Purchase and maintain office supplies
- Process new hires and terminations
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Bilingual Spanish speaker (preferred)
