Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Coordinator to join our team at Kain Akeso Medical Holding, LLC. As a Medical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical treatment requests and referrals between medical providers and ancillary facilities
  • Review and submit Requests for Treatment Authorization (RFA) for completion and submission to claims administrators
  • Assist Occ Health providers with treatment coordination and scheduling
  • Manage follow-up requests and authorization amendments with claims administrators
  • Provide excellent customer service by acting as a liaison for employers, insurers, case managers, and worker compensation adjusters
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and medical terminology
  • Strong customer service skills

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
