Salesforce seeks a Senior Supervisor, Technical Consultant in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and maintain a utilization target of 78% as a People Manager, Technical Consulting. Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serve as an active contributor to the community's overall knowledge base and expertise. Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value. Work collaboratively and have very strong communication skills, especially in teaching complex concepts, and creative, prescriptive thinking across various levels of a client organization. Identify and proactively manage risk areas and commit to seeing an issue through to complete resolution. Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable going forward. Help clients and employees consistently meet/exceed goals and metrics. Positively impact customer renewals and extensions (when applicable), represent their team members in relevant staffing conversations and serve as a point of escalation for team members on their customer engagements. Generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership. Be a mentor and leader to a team of Technical Consultants that report to you.

Key Responsibilities: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Object Oriented Programming, Service Cloud, SFDX and Salesforce CLI, LWC Development, Salesforce Declarative Tools, Apex & Triggers Development, SOQL & SOSL, Java-J2EE Software Development, ReactJS, and WSDL.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and two years of experience in software engineering/program analysis or two years of experience in the job offered. A related technical degree required.

Salary: $157,373.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
