Job Title: Technical Architect

At Salesforce, we're seeking an exceptional Technical Architect to join our Pre-Sales Technical Architecture team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with technical and business teams, architects, C-Level executives, and key decision-makers to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Salesforce SaaS and PaaS products, software development, solutions architecture, and cloud computing.
  • Work with sales teams and customers to understand their enterprise architecture and technical requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Lead technical workshops and sessions to educate customers on Salesforce products and integrations.
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base and work with internal sales teams to develop and implement account development plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer or equivalent, preferably in the CRM space.
  • Experience with cloud, SaaS, PaaS, aPaaS, and IaaS concepts and technologies.
  • Strong programming skills and pre-sales or customer-facing experience.
