About the Role

The Master's Clinician Position at Helen Ross McNabb Center is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality clinical services in a crisis setting. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing direct care through crisis services, including evaluation, counseling, triage, and discharge planning.

Your primary focus will be on serving as a clinical expert, utilizing your skills and expertise to ensure that clients receive the most appropriate care available. This may involve working closely with other support systems to develop a comprehensive discharge plan and providing education and resources to clients and their families.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual who can demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct care through crisis services, including evaluation, counseling, triage, and discharge planning.
  • Working closely with other support systems to develop comprehensive discharge plans.
  • Providing education and resources to clients and their families.
  • Participating in treatment team meetings and contributing to the development of client-centered treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, sociology, or a behavioral science field.
  • Experience working in a crisis setting and triage, preferably with special populations including individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Dual Diagnosis Disorders.
  • Knowledge of community services for linkage and referral.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $54,631 - $64,531 per year, based on relevant experience and education. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
