About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Crisis Responder to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. In this role, you will work collaboratively with law enforcement to provide support and resources to individuals in crisis.

Duties and Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include responding to emergency calls, providing mental health assessments and interventions, and developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. You will also work closely with law enforcement to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work. A valid driver's license with F endorsement and certification in CPR/First Aid are also required. Experience working in a crisis response or mental health setting is preferred but not necessary.
