About the Role

The Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Behavioral Health Co-Response Clinician to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to work collaboratively with law enforcement in the community, intervening and diverting individuals during police encounters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, assess, and identify possible treatment options for identified individuals
  • Provide mental health follow-up field calls with law enforcement
  • Facilitate trainings to law enforcement on mental health and substance use disorders
  • Participate in Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) trainings

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and interface professionally with law enforcement. A valid driver's license with an F endorsement and a personal dependable vehicle are also essential for conducting community outreach and response.
