Weigel's Bakery is seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our team.

As a Production Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Mixing dough to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
2. Dividing dough accurately, to meet production demands and maintain efficiency.
3. Operating sheeters and proof boxes with precision, to achieve optimal results.
4. Frying donuts and baking products to a golden brown, using your expertise to create mouth-watering treats.
5. Finishing products with care, paying attention to presentation and presentation.

In addition to the above duties, you will also be responsible for:

1. Receiving training on the donut production process, including dough mixing, proofing, makeup, frying, glazing, filling, and topping.
2. Opportunities for advancement, as you develop your skills and contribute to the team's success.
3. Maintaining strict quality standards, adhering to our rigorous guidelines.
4. Scaling and mixing ingredients, formula calculation and adjustments, dough mixing and makeup, makeup, proofing and baking of all products.
