Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience in general maintenance, HVAC systems, and plumbing. They will be responsible for conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and completing various maintenance tasks to maintain the quality of our properties.

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, locks, carpentry, and appliance repair.
  • Respond to resident requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including laundry rooms and vacant apartments.
Requirements
  • High School or GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
  • Knowledge on Yardi and Nexus is a plus.
