Job Overview

Trademasters Services I, a leading facilities management company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of commercial building systems in NW Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC specialists, to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of building systems.
  • Maintain and support subcontractors in performing maintenance on primary and secondary HVAC systems.
  • Perform technical work in the installation, operation, maintenance, modification, service, and repair of commercial building systems, equipment, and related mechanical systems.
Requirements
  • Journeyman's HVAC License or DC 3rd Class Engineer License.
  • Universal CFC certification.
  • Five years of experience in O&M/Facilities Management of buildings with equipment similar to that found in NW Washington, DC.
  • Ability to independently determine appropriate work methods per applicable codes and craft techniques necessary to accomplish work assignments.
Compensation

$41,800 - $44,000 yearly salary.
