About the Job

The Chapman Management Group is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and cleaning in the Washington DC Metro Area.

Job Duties
  • Site Inspections: Regularly inspect sites to identify problems and necessary maintenance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with colleagues and vendors to schedule and complete maintenance tasks, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Background and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in multi-family housing, with a strong understanding of building trades and maintenance.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
