Health Information Management Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Senior Associate to join our team at Penn State Health. This role will be responsible for managing all electronic medical record tasks in our cutting-edge Health Information Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage electronic medical record tasks, including Release of Information, Disability Forms, and reconciliation of dictation/transcription.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Collaborate with the HIS Supervisor and Manager to ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in health information management.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years related experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent English reading comprehension, math, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Medical records experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
